What you will do:
SATSCO is currently looking for a Head of sale Domestic Tourism Department – Manage all business activities, operate the Tourism Center. The Manager will be responsible for providing direct end-to-end supervision of the business as planned with the company Board of Directors. In this position, the Manager must be able to develop business strategies, drive business operations, and provide leadership to promote alignment with business strategies. This role will need to determine the quality of services related to the service. The Head of the Tourism Department will aim to build a positive culture and an integrated workforce in the office with inter-departments in the SATSCO Home.

Responsibility:
- Build a Business Plan about Tourist and Event – 2021, 2022.
- Establishing a sales team, operating standards on processes, KPIs, to achieve the best quality service required by customers.
- Make strategic proposals on opportunities to improve profitability, increase profit margins and achieve a sustainable competitive advantage.
- Maintaining and optimizing operating processes, local partners to achieve process stability and increase efficiency.
- Provide regular updates to management to encourage visibility and transparency.
- Finally, build a strong, engaged and united team to develop the SATSCO Travel and Event Center.
You will be measured on:
- Increase the revenue
- Service quality management
- Open wide SATSCO’s partnership.
- Effectively implement the proposed tourism center projects.

What we are looking for:
- Candidates have an active record in tourism, especially domestic tourism. Have experience in managing the most useful Tourism for 4 years, have strong skills in clearly schedule tours, Teambuilding, Event, and have worked as a partner with large corporate clients.
- He / She is an exemplary Leading Leader, capable of thinking quickly and resolving situations quickly, working in a high-energy environment with a starting attitude and always making effort. Requirements to know in both English and Chinese is an advantage. In addition, you must be a charismatic, patient and experienced individual in the process of working with partners and customers. Flexible to move widely when needed.
